Workshop:  LifeTracking 'mini'                                                                            
Friday, 3rd February  10.00 - 1.00pm
Find out about the wonderful world of kinesiology. You will experience how muscle testing works, have a go yourself and practice some energy techniques for maintaining equilibrium.
                                      
No previous experience needed to join in.
Workshop cost: £30.

5 Element Day- new shoots!

For those who have been through the full series of lifetracking workshops, or who have a foundation in kinesiology and wish to gain an understanding of the creative kinesiology and  approach.

The aims of this day are to deepen your understanding and experience of:
  • the 5 element map and what this means for the body at this time of year
  • the 14 meridians and muscles and what they bring
  • the range of techniques that we have at our disposal
  • to look at what seeds are germinating (water) and what they need to grow (wood)
Also to cover any topic areas you wish to focus on.

 As usual with the LifeTracking approach you will also be receiving balances and there is likely to be some group process work.
 What could be better at this time of coming out from winter and into spring?

Cost: £65 for the day, including refreshments

"Sat-Nav for the Soul"
The aim of the LifeTracking series is to help you increase self empowerment, find your inner warrior and locate your inherent wisdom.

It will;
  • Introduce the basics of energy awareness and 'tracking'
  • teach skills in kinesiology muscle testing
  • look at the fundamentals of chinese medicine
  • show energy tools that encourage health and vitality
It is appropriate
for those with no experience and for therapists who are already trained in other modalities.

Part One: Everything is Connected                                                      
We are connected through the air we breathe, the water we drink, and our energy systems to all of life. Our optimum internal state is when every part of us connects to every other.

LifeTracking Part One helps us to aim for this, through:
  • introducing concepts from Chinese Medicine
  • getting feedback from the body through muscle testing
  • discovering more about our subtle energies
  • finding practical tools for maintaining equilibrium

Cost: £150 including Workbook to keep and refreshments.

Course Length: 20 days spread over 2012, followed by a two day assessment,
plus additional home study and development of a practice portfolio to include a minimum of 40 case studies. 

Course syllabus includes:  
  • Chinese 5 Elements in depth.
  • Subtle energies ~ chakras ~ aura ~ energy centres ~ subtle bodies.
  • The Brain ~ Rainbow Brain ~ Keys to Mu.
  • Releasing old patterns and cycles.
  • Witnessing the past ~ childhood ~ ancestral past ~ soul’s progress.
  • Introduction to earth energies ~ environment ~ geopathic stress.
  • Purpose and meaning ~ the importance of vision.
  • Tracking to the cause and finding the healing trigger.
  • Discovering & developing our gifts, talents, knowledge and experience.
  • Interpersonal skills ~ counselling approaches ~ witnessing skills.

Assessment 2 days in Jan/Feb 2013: cost £75, date to be confirmed.
 
Special Offer for this course only: £1,900 for new students and £1,250 for 'repeaters'.

The course is not residential, but it is possible to book B&B accommodation at Ashridge Farm.
