The work I do can bring pain relief, enable free movement in body, mind and spirit and give you a real sense of being fully alive. I believe in empowerment, therefore a key element of the way I work is to give you techniques you can do between sessions, to support you on your track to healing.

A mum of two and lover of nature, I feel a deep sense of wonder working beside clients in their sessions and in workshops, unveiling with them their stories, their potential and supporting them in clearing the way forward. It is humbling and I love my work.

Having completed the ’Touch for Health’ foundation in kinesiology in 2003, I carried on studying with Carrie Jost at The School of Creative Kinesiology, qualifying professionally in 2005. I have since gone on to train in the Native American Medicine Wheel, teach foundation level Kinesiology (the lifetracking series), and am currently studying to be able to provide the professional ‘Way of the Tracker’ training. I am an associate member of the kinesiology federation.

I offer individual sessions in LifeTrackingCreative Kinesiology

I also run the Well Being Centre, in Crediton
and offer individual sessions at Exeter University Sports Park
