Discover how you can make simple nutritious snacks to keep body and mind feeling full of health and vitality. It will include simple low cost ideas that you can put together yourself in any setting, plus information sheets.
 

Feed the Brain and Un-stress the Body
Discover how and what you can eat to boost brain power, help concentration, memory and energy levels. Find out the simple ways of reducing stress held in your body, and techniques for learning more efficiently
 
Find out about Techniques to manage Stress and Learn more efficiently
Discover simple kinesiology techniques to: support a pain free back and shoulders, clear stress and anxiety, create good sleep, breathe well, retain new information and encourage positive thinking.
