All my working life I have been involved with health and healing. I qualified as a physiotherapist in 1977 and worked extensively in the NHS and the private sector covering a variety of disciplines: rheumatology, orthopaedics, general medical and surgical, cardio-thoracic, intensive care and musculoskeletal outpatient work.

My work in the private sector included a time with British Petroleum, working with employees to optimize their working environment thus reducing musculoskeletal stress.

In 1984 I was running a physiotherapy practice and health club at the Hilton Hotel in Nairobi, Kenya. It was at this point in my career that I realized how important an holistic approach is to health. I started to concentrate on people’s nutritional status, emotional well-being as well as their physical fitness.

Since qualifying as a spiritual healer and counsellor I realize that true health and wellness is a fine energetic balance between every level of our being: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. It is with this in mind that I approach every individual who uses me in their own quest for health and well-being.

I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, The Institute of Counselling and the Spiritualist National Union and carry full public liability and indemnity insurance for each association and practice in accordance with their strict Code of Ethics and Conduct.
