Hiya, my name is Donna and I am a reflexologist, the newest recruit to the well being centre. I trained in the Midlands, and relocated to Crediton with my family. I started to explore complementary therapies after suffering with post natal depression following the birth of my youngest son and have been amazed at the difference it has made to my life, not only emotionally, but physically and spiritually. I also have a keen interest in crystal therapy and have taken part in various workshops, both in the Midlands and here in Crediton.

When I speak of my work, the usual response is 'oh, my feet are awful, you wouldn't want to touch them' - to me there is no such thing as ugly feet, I love my work and I love feet. I also love the response I get when I tell a client where the energy blockages are in their body - they can usually identify with my findings!
